Despite company´s young age the company's staff has over 30 years of experience in demanding strength analysis for the structures of technology industry.

Our technical analysis services are mostly implemented by the use of computer-aided FEM analyses. The analysis results are used to optimize the material weight/cost of the structure and to verify the acceptable level of the strength and fatigue.

Our market consists of the most important manufacturers of the pressure vessels, the suppliers for the machine and the forest industry’s equipment and the paper machine industry.

Strength Analysis Services

Engineering analysis can be used to acquire solutions to the wide range of problems, which may include, for example:

When we report the results of analysis we give advices to improve or optimize the structure.

We use Femap program for the modeling and NxNastran programs for analyzing the structures.

Pressure Vessel Analyses

In pressure vessel analysis we use OhmTech’s Visual Vessel Design VVD ® and Termeca’s Standix program and calculation applications that we have developed for the analysis individual parts.

Piping Stress Analyses

Our Company mainly uses FEMDATA’s software, but our staff has expertise also in other software. We do the stress analyses in accordance with the both EN and ASME standards.

Steel Structures Analyses

We perform the analysis of industrial steel structures according to the SFS (B7), EN, and API standards. In addition, we analyze and specify the measures of the device to be used in earthquake zones according to local standards.
